At Franchise GrowthLab, one of our core values is to be BOLD and DARING.
We live this value by constantly tinkering with and improving current systems and dreaming up new ones that our clients may one day be able to use. That is why we decided to rebrand as/launch the Franchise GrowthLab. It fits our mission as we will never stop creating new systems and products to help our franchisor clients to scale better, faster, and to make more money along the way.
Our Chief Architect, John DeHart, spends a lot of time lying in his hammock dreaming up and creating each next new system. We thought we would help him by asking you, our clients and future clients, what services you need most? So below, here are the latest systems and products we are working on. The Hartify Method for Strategic Planning:
In all of our years in franchising, we have not yet come across a franchise system with a great strategic planning system in place. We have run strategic planning sessions for companies all over the world, so we are REALLY good at strategic planning. Every franchise system needs this key process to grow past 50 units. Perhaps it’s time to get some better strategy?
The Hartify Method for Onboarding:
Very few franchisors have strong onboarding systems for new franchisees. This product would be a more in-depth system than you currently experience in our regular Coaching and Support program.
The Hartify Lead Generation Program: We would carve this system out from our full Hartify Method for Franchise Sales as a stand-alone product because we now realize that many franchisors completely miss the boat in this area. We have also learned that lead generation is the single most cost-effective way to grow your franchise sales. As a result, we are now building a team entirely dedicated to the execution of the Hartify Lead Conversion System. ™
Financial Metrics and Modeling Service: This service is part of every Method we deliver, but is so important, and so lacking in the emerging franchisor category, that we may need to strip it out and offer it as a stand-alone service. Of every product and service we offer, metrics and modeling might be the most important and strategic element for our clients to prioritize.
Useful, relevant content and compelling storytelling sells franchises. Since our Hartify team knows how, and more importantly, what to write to attract more franchise buyers, this is a no-brainer. It would consist of:
